A brown ale in the English style. Autumn Leaves is brewed with brown, chocolate and crystal malts giving a deep copper colour and smooth caramel flavours. The ale is quite full-bodied and there is bitterness to balance this out. Bittering and flavour hops are Fuggle and aroma hops are topaz and cascade, although hop aroma is not overpowering.
