Our Hefeweizen is Bavarian style brewed with 55% 2 row pale malt, 45% malted wheat, and a generous amount of caramel malt to give the rich coral color in our Jefeweizen. The selected Bavarian yeast strain imparts an awesome banana fruit esters bouquet with a hint of clovey spice on the palate complementing the body and hop profile of this flavorful , spicy, and citrusy unfiltered wheat cerveza.
