Hand crafted with 100% 2 row pale malt and a hint of caramel malts brewed in small batches in our copper seven barrels brewing system using selected bittering hops, and abundance of estate grown Saaz, and lots, & lots of more noble hops. The Carneros India Pale Ale showcases our estate grown hops and our diverse 80 IBUs hop profile packed in a full body, malty, and well balanced cerveza. You will sense the rich floral piney bouquet while enjoying a full flavor mid-palate with hints of malty sweetness and overall balance. Salud!
