Part of the Beer Studio series: A red hued ale brewed using Vienna and Maris Otter pale ale malts. On the bitterness front, we return to using a combination of the new hop varieties of P08-03 and Slovenian Fuggles to give a moderately bitter and spicy beer with a mellow satisfying after palate.
