This was an experimental beer I did for a friend of my studying for her MSc in Brewing. It helped her with her studies ad gave me a fine beer for sitting down and seeing just how complex beer can be. Flavours go from vanillin, coffee, chocolate to tawny port, wood notes and smooth malt flavours. This is the beer to sit and enjoy in good company and with plenty of time.
