Notes of banana and pear float off the soft white head derived from high quality pilsner malt. As the beer warms notice the spiciness that this beautiful yeast imparts into the beer. A light dosing of Tettnager hops adds a slight bitterness which helps keep the sweetness of this beer at levels of pure enjoyment. At first glance, this is a simple beer with no specialty malts and little hops used. Then take a sip. This isn’t white wine, this isn’t an IPA. This is a showcase of beauty in a glass, and proof that beer is earth’s greatest beverage.
