Inspired by Pigpen from Charlie Brown, this is our interpretation on an India Brown Ale. Deep mahogany to light brown in color with malty flavors of chocolate, biscuits, toffee, molasses, and subtle honey sweetness. The use of Polaris, Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, and Willamette hops lend a nice balance of citrus, pine, grapefruit, and earthy hop character. Go ahead, get your hands dirty, you know Pigpen would.
