Brewed in collaboration with Randy Dempsey of O’ Dempsey’s. We compared both of our imperial stout recipes, added a bit more chocolate malts, and made this more of an American imperial stout with medium body and higher hoppiness. German Mandarina Bavaria hops yielded orange citrus flavor and aroma. Very smooth with chocolate and orange flavors pairing beautifully.
