This beer is a blend of two different styles. The hop characteristics are very English and lend that great aroma with a slight citrus after taste. The grain is Belgian in style but this is darker. It is fermented with Belgian yeast that produces some interesting fruity and spicy notes with a hint of bubble gum. Malt: Belgian Special “B”, Caramunich, Carafoam Hops: Cascade and Nugget Gravity: 1.055 specific gravity or 13.5 plato Style: English IPA/Belgian Color: SRM 13, amber Body: Medium Flavor: Slight roasted sweetness, somewhat raisin like flavors with other fruity esters, should finish with a citrus note Alcohol: 5.3%
