"The Weiss”, as it would have been called in the old beer cellars of Berlin, is our take on the Berliner Weisse style. It is a light colored, tart, and refreshing wheat ale. We prefer it in the traditional style - not too sour - so that it can be drank in the traditional manner - in giant cylindrical bowls over the course of hours. Try a pint of each: ‘green’ with Woodruff syrup or ‘red’ with Raspberry.
