Third release: Märzen Berliner Weisse A sneak peak at the 3rd release in the Noble Star Collection. This is our take on a Märzen style Berliner Weisse. This beer was brewed with authentic strains of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and aged for nearly a year in one of our original, 1936 cypress wood lagering tanks.
