Brewed with the new barley variety “Odyssey” and a good proportion of Chocolate malt for colour and depth of flavour, Dark Umber is a robust Premium Ale. Hop aroma is evident on the nose and on the after palate from the use of P08-06 hops added late into the boil. Bittering is provided courtesy of Challenger hops to give a distinctive ale of great character.
