Our flagship beer, Beast Ale, is a Strong American Ale made from American and English grains that are milled onsite for optimal freshness. The nose is floral. In the secondary fermenter the beer is dry-hopped (with Cascade and Columbus whole leaf hops) to provide a smooth, well balanced flavor and dry finish. Beast Ale has a deep copper color with a surprising ABV of 7.5%
