Modeled on the gold-standard Bavarian hefeweizens, our Haferhefe (Oatmeal Hefeweizen) is brewed with 100% German grains and rolled oats to improve mouth feel, smoothness, and increased head retention. Weihenstephaner yeast provides the characteristic clove and banana aromas, and it is darker hued similar to a Dunkel.
