Chocolate malt and roasted barley yield rich flavours and smoky aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. Slight ester presence, with hints of pear and blackberry. This face-warming favourite was blessed by the late addition of boreal birch syrup (produced in Quesnel at Moose Meadow Farms), lending it a truly unique flavour.
