Galaxy is a new Australian hop variety that contributes a striking and distinctive citrus and passion fruit character. Hopbursting is a brewi ng technique where all of the hops are added to the kettle toward the end of the boil to extract the maximum amount of hop flavor and aroma with minimal hop bitterness. Galactic Hopburst is a crushable Belgian pale ale combining the complex fruity esters and phenoics of our Trappist ale yeast with the tropical and citrus flavor and aroma of Galaxy hops.
