Award-winning brewster Hildegard Van Ostaden has travelled to Everards Brewery, in Leicester, to brew this beer especially for this Wetherspoon real-ale festival. This saison-style beer is lemon-yellow in colour, with aromas of apricots and fresh-cut grass, leading to a refreshing flavour with a strong (yet refined) bitterness and pleasing, dry finish.
