Some might call this beast a Triple IPA but we like to keep things simple. This Imperial IPA is loaded with the juiciest hops we can lay our hands on. The likes of El Dorado, Simcoe, and Galaxy lay it on thick with aromas of passion fruit, lychee, grapefruit, and lemon. We balance the bitterness with bready malts and strategic aroma hop additions throughout the process. Bold, crisp, assertive, and resinous.
