This pale ale loaded with hops from the South Pacific with a bit of American help was brewed with the help of Simon, friend and good homebrewer, who’s off to Australia for a year and so wanted to go out with a brew on a "proper" brewery! Golden and fruity, it has lots of lean hops and tropical character atop a solid malt base with the finish becoming more and more fruity and juicy as you go down the glass; cheers Simon, hope this is a fitting sendoff!
