Inconceivable Imperial Pilsner - This beer is Inconceivable. Why? Because light-colored lagers don’t have a big bite and big beers with 7.3% ABV just aren’t light lagers. And yet, this beer exists. Inconceivable Imperial Pilsner starts with a traditional lager yeast aroma and subtle floral hop, continues with a light mouthfeel and some carbonation kick. You will taste some pilsner malt sweetness softened with a bit of spicy hop (33 IBU) and an herbal dry finish. In short, it’s not quite a conundrum, but it’s almost inconceivable.
