A big thank you to Scott Gill for coming up with a great name for this Belgian “White” IPA. Bittered with two pounds of Chinook hops, the white knight has a nice, bitter bite; Followed by Amarillo and Crystal hops, a smooth, flavorful hop finish rounds out this IPA. The Belgian yeast adds the signature flavor. You will be able to tell that this IPA is a bit different than the standard American flavors that we always have on tap.
