This brilliant ruby colored gem is the result of yet another collaborative effort, this time with our good friend Steve Berthel, pub brewer at New Holland Brewing Company!! While there are a lot of great hop forward “rye” beers available in the market, our approach was to showcase more of the spicy rye with a rich, malty body. Flavors of toast, dark dried fruits and black cherries come to mind. It’s a rye-focused winter malty treat! Named after the exciting “Polar Vortex” ride we’ve all been on this winter season!!!
