"Situation normal all fired up" On St Patricks Day this year, we were barely short on barley for the scheduled brew. After careful consideration, the brew team chose to brew a new IPA with a new hop called Mosaic and New Zealand Pacific Jade. The nose and flavor provoke fruity, citrusy, and piney notes, with a note of assertive bitterness. The balanced finish is attributed to the Wheat and Maris Otter malts.
