Collaboration Beer with Bloomington Brewing Company, Function Brewery, and Upland Brewery [too many breweries to list all in the name - beer was brewed at Quaff On Brewery]. Brewed for Bloomington Craft Beer Week 2014. Midnight Delight features late boil additions of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial hops, and derives both its dark roasted character and its name from Midnight Wheat Malt. In the spirit of friendship, the four participating breweries blended their four house yeast strains to give this beer a clean and smooth finish. This is a new and exciting collaboration for the Monroe and Brown County breweries, and the experimentation extended to the use of a new hop variety, HBC 291, that has yet to be officially distributed.
