The first Saison to come out of the Pisgah brewery in nearly 5 years, this farmhouse ale was brewed for participation in the Sharpen the Blades Saison Fest. Created with four unique Organic malts, this saison is dried straw in color with a beautiful floral and grassy bouquet from a late addition of whole leaf Citra and Mt Hood hops.  Named Ferme for the origin of the style as a farmhouse ale brewed in the winter for consumption in the warmer months, this is another installment of NC Beer Month releases paying homage to the birth of Springtime.
