Hop Series Number 4 is a flavorful mix of classical and modern brewing techniques and ingredients. First, we created a smooth, full bodied, straw colored American ale using natural grains like corn and barley. Then we cold-conditioned it for weeks on a new hop variety called Azacca. Azacca, commercialized in 2013, creates intense mango, apricot, apple, and pear aromas and flavors. Take a sip and enjoy the mix of brewing’s past and present.
