We make this beer only a couple times each year for a limited number of accounts. Bull's Tooth is a medium-bodied Porter with a color like dark chocolate. This is a very complex beer with all the flavor characteristics of classic London Porters. On top of the flavor of dark fruit which comes from an ale fermentation, Bull¹s Tooth has a very distinct bitter-sweet chocolate and toffee character. In the finish, Bull¹s Tooth Porter has delicious blend of roasted malt and Cascade hop flavor. Malts: Pale, Crystal 70, Chocolate malt, and Roasted Barley Hops: Northern Brewer, Centennial and Cascade
