We’re not the first brewery to blend these two ubiquitous styles, but we feel like we’re pretty darn good at brewing both so… why not? Blending the finest hops that America, South Africa and New Zealand have to offer with freshly ground Indian coriander, orange peel and the famous yeast of Pierre Celis, this intensely aromatic unfiltered beer is mildly bitter with a thick creamy mouthfeel and a clean but powerful fruitiness. The coriander and hops dance back and forth for domination but in the end, create a harmonious fresh and lively intensity neither could accomplish on their own.
