Somewhere between Wee Heavy and Shilling, a brew was designed. Crafted by our bearded genius Austin Wiley, Queen of Scots is a lighter-styled ale with a heep of flavor. Sweet medicinal tones of iodine and peat on the nose while the drink ranges from roasted malts and crisp hops to drying acidity and a lingering finish of dried cherries.
