Hop and Herb Ale
This beer came out of a chance conversation and some reading of old recipes. The idea was to make a light summer beer with a bit of a difference. Thus the idea of using herbs came in. Then the chance to brew it came from an old BMX buddy that is passionate about birds and conservation. Who was along with some other nutters walking 300 miles in aid of operation Turtle Dove. The walk was called DoveStep. You can read more about this brilliantly devised madness here. The rest as they say is history.
This beer is a a great easy drinking blonde great for a refresher after a long days walk, ride or doing not much.
