We wanted to brew something really unique for our foodie fusion friends at Dressels. If you like our German wheat beer and you like the new trend toward Session IPAs, you’re gonna love Dressels Hoppy Wheat. We added new layers of complexity to a traditional weizenbier grainbill and dry-hopped with zesty American and German varieties. You’ll recognize the typical banana, clove, and black pepper notes, but take another sip and check-out those subtle grassy, apricot, strawberry, cantaloupe, sweet citrus, and tropical fruit notes. Bright acidity, silky mouthfeel, crisp dry finish. Pairs well with…well, anything Ben, Mike, and Derek cook up! Cheers!
