We use Pale malt to capture notes of Vienna honey. A subtle delicate sweetness from our milled crystal malts gives a mild caramel sweetness. Orange rind hand pitched to obtain that je-ne-sais-quoi element, oatmeal for a soft mouth feel, down to our crisp cascade hop finish with subtle notes of citrus. This hand crafted summer beer is of the utmost quality for the sessional beer enthusiast!
