A perfect summertime balance of sweet and tart with a blast of citrus (grapefruit, tangerine, etc) mid taste followed by a spiced dry refreshing finish. Use of unmalted wheat leads to a hazy yellow appearance with a dense frothy head, aroma of spice and citrus from the Belgian yeast strain, American hops, and coriander. Majority of the citrus character derived from late additions of Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade (locally grown) hops as opposed to traditional use of orange peel.
