The story goes like this...My great grandfather needed a paddle to stir the beer but was without, so he made due with his own peg leg to which we honor his "ingenuity". A robust ale with roasted coffee and chocolate accents.A creamy finish that would make Sir Guinness proud. When in doubt drink two or three stouts and toast my grandfather~just watch for splinters!!!
