Quenching and nourishing this farmhouse style saison was brewed with a mix of Pilsner, wheat, and Vienna malts along with additions of German and American hops. It was then fermented with an infamous Belgian Saison yeast that becomes very expressive at higher fermentation temperatures producing a beer with a spicy and phenolic character typical of the style.
