Smoked Red Ale brewed with our good friend Will Cook. Born from our mutual love of Judas priest, the next in our “Smoke em if you got ‘em” series is an English pale ale style ale brewed from a base of English pale malt with crystal and roasted malts and Torrified wheat. Briess(American)and Best(German) smoked malts (15% of the malt grist)provided the smoke. Bittered with English Challenger and kent Goldings, finished with English Bramling Cross.
