Our version of this ubiquitous American style is named for the brewer’s daughter, who was born the year the brewery was constructed. A combination of 8 different malt variteies provide a deep amber color, satisfying mouthfeel, & underlying notes of roasty caramel. Four different American hops perfectly balance the brews inherent maltiness with mildly bitter aromatic notes of tangerine, pine, & earth. Aliyah’s is featured in our Texas BBQ sauce. Like our child, always a joy to be treasured.
