A full-bodied beer with an array of complex dark malt flavors ranging from roasted to caramel. Oak-aged bourbon barrel profile is very transparent and pleasant where malty sweetness balances a smooth warm alcohol character. This seasonal beer is aged in our own bourbon barrels and to date is the highest ABV beer tapped at the Round Barn Brewery.
