Wet Hop IPA
American IPA exlusively brewed with over 100 pounds of local, wet Cascade hops (grown by Whipple Creek Farms in Rockbridge County, VA); Harvested on August 17th & brewed the next morning; added to the mash & utilized in first wort hopping, throughout the boil & in the whirlpool for soft, yet supple aromas of grapefruit, grass & fresh cut flowers.
