Dark Ale - Non-filtered - Bottle-fermented. Koldinghus was erecyed in the mid-1200s and was for centuries one of Denmark’s most important royal castles. It burned down in 1808 and long remained a romantic castle ruin. The restoration itself is a world class attraction. The museum holds permanent exhibits, and is home to cultural events and special exhibits on an international scale. Ingredienser: Vand, byg- og hvedemalt, humle og gær.
