This here was brewed with home brewers Chris Cone and Bryce Carter for winning the Extra Billy’s/JRHB homebrew competition. Brewed with traditional German Pilsner base malt to give the the beer the classic flavors you would expect in a great hefeweizen. Clean and crisp malt character accented by banana and clove from the yeast and a smooth hop presence from German Hallertau hops added during the boil.
