Keeping with centuries of tradition, we brew our Saison with varied ingredients from year to year, and we ferment it warm. It is always tart, aromatic, medium-bodied, and refreshing. This year’s cuvee features rye in the grist. Spicy, citrus esthers up front lead the way to a dry, earthy finish.
