This is a robust dark beer that combines two of Ciaran Giblin’s loves, traditional Russian imperial stouts and new world hops from the Yakima valley; creating an exiting beer which showcases the best of both worlds. The Black Russian’s various malts give deep and complex flavours, while hops such as American Citra add Blackcurrent and Liquorice notes, which play off the dark malts to creat an exiting and wonderfully big beer.
