This beer is a variation of the Bent Creek IPA with the use of Belgian Yeast. The aromas and flavors come from a combination of Centennial/Citra hops and Belgian yeast, that gives way to notes of banana, fresh peaches, lemon rind, and a hint of spice. A firm and clean bitterness creates a pleasantly dry finish.
