Red Duck Midnight is a dark ale, brewed with dark intentions. Its earthy, malty bitterness and wheat characters will intrique, and seduce all dark beer drinkers. We used Maris Otter, Export Pilsner malt, Carared, Special Roast, Caramalt, Malt Wheat and a huge amount of Midnight Wheat. Hopped with Topaz and Simcoe. Midnight is dark, rich, strongly malted and with really big, robust dark ale characters.
