Smoked Oktoberfest follows our annual tradition of producing a rauchbier in a German style. Using our malt-specific smoker we transformed over 200 pounds of pils malt with alder wood, the most forward variety we’ve tried yet. The burnt orange colored brew smells like the classics from Bamberg but shows more delicately on the palate, with bright flavors, a smooth profile, and soft finish. 6%
