A traditional Strong Ale brewed in collaboration with beer writer Simon Jenkins. Pale Ale, Imperial and Crystal malts combine with British Golding, Bramling Cross and Phoenix hops. Dark chestnut in colour, with caramel and dark fruits on the nose. That Quiet Earth has a rich malty backbone, and is warming and full-bodied with a smooth dry finish.
