Imperial Vanilla Stout Thirteen days before our daughter Freya Somer Fozard was born, my partner Natalie and I brewed this Imperial Stout. Aged on oak for nine months, the dark chocolate and roast coffee flavours from the malts are accompanied by a hint of vanilla, with light carbonation for a smooth mouthfeel. You have one of 125 bottles in your hands. Bottle No 1 will be opened and shared with Freya on her 18th birthday - 27th April 2031. I hope you enjoy drinking this beer as much as I enjoyed making it.
