This is Monsters’ Park, our hulking, cantakerous imperial stout, aged in fragrant, oaky rye barrels. But we didn’t stop there. We also added a healthy dollop of house-roasted coffee (Did you know we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee in-house? You do now.) Notes of vanilla, caramel, rye, and coffee meld with the huge roast character of Monsters’ Park to create a veritable tsunami of sabor. The flavor and aroma of this hulking beer reach their peak when it’s allowed to warm up just a bit. So be patient.
