Great British and Belgian heritages combine to make a beer which takes the best elements from stouts and farmhouse saisons. Black Saison is dark and full of roasted malt flavours, balanced with a smoothness from its high wheat content. Delicate European hops add a light floral hint before the saison yeast imparts its complex, funky fruit flavours. A favourite with beer drinkers who enjoy something a little different.

Pale ale malt blended with malted wheat and roasted barley, with sparing use of summit hops and a Wallonian saison yeast.
